• To deliver and confirm your reservations and travel arrangements.
• To communicate trip-critical information by email.
• To improve the platform (only with consent for non-essential analytics).

By using NobelPalm™ you agree to these terms. Reservations are temporary and not guaranteed until confirmed. Pricing, availability, and inclusions may change at any time. NobelPalm™ acts as a curator and intermediary — final fulfillment is delivered by partner suppliers under their own conditions.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent payment, or submit false information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations that breach these terms.

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar storage:

• Essential — sign-in session, security, checkout state.
• Optional analytics — only loaded after you accept consent.
• Marketing pixels — only loaded after you accept consent.

You can change your choice anytime by clearing your browser storage; the consent banner will reappear.
